Whether you are looking to participate in our Folkstyle program, or participate competitively in Freestyle & Greco, you'll find our wrestling community to be a great place to learn new skills and meet new friends.

Practice Times

Practices are held on:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays @ Mirror Lake Middle School
  • Thursdays @ Chugiak High School

 

Beginners practice (5-9 yr olds): 6pm- 7pm

Intermediate practice (10-13 yr olds): 6:30pm- 8:45pm

Advanced practice (14 and older): 6:30pm-8:45pm
